The Challenge:
The rebrand focused on two of the Manpower group of companies' five brands–Manpower and Manpower Professional. While similar in their modern look and feel, these two brands had differing talent requirements and wardrobe/style/background variations. This global company with over 4,400 offices in 72 countries needed to cast real people from all over the world. The challenge of doing an international modeling casting efficiently and cost-effectively had previously seemed insurmountable.
The Solution:
The complex casting required 22 different models–of all ages–from eight global regions including Turkey and the Philippines. Leveraging strong connections with a renowned Los Angeles casting director, OnRequest Images managed an in-studio casting. Four-hundred and forty people were reviewed and photographed in one day. Selecting from over 20 choices per model, Manpower was able to get exactly the talent they were looking for at the click of a button.
