The Challenge:
Dissatisfied with the redundancy and lack of selection found in existing stock databases, this category leader was desperately seeking fresh, custom imagery to complement their new branding efforts. However, with neither the internal resources nor the expertise to build and manage a custom image library, they faced the difficult challenge of shooting and managing a sizable OnBrand image library in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The Solution:
OnRequest Images’ brand imagery consultants worked with the client’s marketing team to create an OnBrand Photography Guide™ that would serve as the foundation for the OnRequest Custom Library. The producers at OnRequest Images then submitted a variety of lifestyle specialist portfolios for client review while appropriate locations and multi-ethnic models were scouted and selected. Finally, a comprehensive shot list was built and a schedule was designed to maximize time and client resources.
The Results:
Over the course of a single week, OnRequest Images and the selected photographers shot more than 1,200 images in two separate locations. Of those, the client licensed a library of 165 images – 55 core images with two variations for each. The client immediately began using their new image library, refreshing their website, marketing materials, and brochures to provide a consistent, fresh look and feel that was perfectly aligned with their brand.
