David Norris

The Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of OnRequest Images, David Norris unites his lifelong passion for photography with a deep understanding of technology to help corporations create and manage custom imagery that enhances brand equity. A seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of broad business experience, Mr. Norris has a history of building successful companies, including early ventures in the financial industry, international joint ventures in the industry control and transportation industries, and innovators in the technology arena. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Computer Science, Mr. Norris has won a variety of industry and business awards, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, the Dallas 100, Inc 500, and The Software 500.

Carla Stratfold

Carla Stratfold comes to OnRequest Images with over 20 years of experience building and growing businesses based on scalable software platforms used by Global 2000 companies. Most recently, Stratfold was an officer and Senior Vice President at RealNetworks where she drove sales, providing leading media companies with the technology platform to broadcast audio and video over the Internet. Prior to RealNetworks, Stratfold was Vice President of Business Development at Backweb and served as Oracle Corporation's Vice President of Product Sales and Marketing for North America and South America. During her ten years at Oracle, Stratfold held various sales and technical management positions. Stratfold holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University.

Tom Colombo

Tom Colombo is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, HR, administrative and legal departments for OnRequest Images. Prior to joining OnRequest Images, Mr. Colombo was CFO of Sedgwick Rd. (formerly McCann-Erickson/Seattle), an advertising agency serving clients such as Washington Mutual, Converse and the Washington State Department of Health. Prior to Sedgwick Rd., Mr. Colombo was Director of Finance of iStart Ventures LLC, an Internet incubator located in Seattle, as well as CFO for one of its portfolio companies. Prior to iStart Ventures, Mr. Colombo was CFO of Pacific Northwest Ballet, and spent a number of years in the audit group at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP.

Nicole Matthews

Nicole Matthews manages the successful definition, creation, production and delivery of imagery to OnRequest Images’ clients. Ms. Matthews also oversees the recruitment and management of photographers in the OnRequest Images’ Photographer Network. Ms. Matthews has more than ten years of industry experience in the photography market. Prior to joining OnRequest Images, Ms. Matthews was with RR Donnelley where she had oversight for the operations of all RR Donnelley commercial photography studios. Ms. Matthews' work has been published in a variety of publications, including In Style and Elle Décor. She holds a BA in Commercial Photography from the Brooks Institute of Photography.

Dale Olson

Dale brings over 20 years of solution sales management experience in the Global 2000 marketplace to OnRequest Images. Prior to joining OnRequest, Mr. Olson spent six years at RealNetworks, where he most recently served as Vice President, responsible for the North America Mobile and Latin America business units. Prior to RealNetworks, he built and managed sales teams, as well as sales performance, at three early stage enterprise software companies in the San Francisco Bay area: TGV, a cross platform provider of network integration software (purchased by Cisco after going public), Evoke Software Corporation, and Software Technologies Corporation (purchased by Sun Microsystems after going public) - both enterprise application integration software solutions providers. Dale began his career at Oracle Corporation, where he spent more than five years, and managed the Public Sector business for the Northwestern United States.

Marc England

Marc England brings more than 15 years of experience in building businesses and recruiting top marketing and sales talent to the role of Vice President, Business Development at OnRequest Images. Mr. England’s expertise in the areas of Board and Advisory level recruiting projects has allowed him the opportunity to work with a wide variety of C-level executives from Fortune 500 brands in the technology, financial services, retail, and CPG sectors, as well as placing and working with Chief Marketing Officers in a variety of creative and technology services growth companies. Building upon the fundamentals of a strategic search, Mr. England will identify and work with our strategic brand and agency partners to develop custom imagery programs that promote mutual success with clients. Prior to joining OnRequest Images, Mr. England was a Managing Director with Leadership Venture Partners, LLC. His prior experience also included creating the Emerging Technology & Board Practice at Austin-McGregor International. Mr. England is a graduate of Centenary College where he concentrated in Business, Marketing & Sociology.
