Is OnRequest Images a stock photo company?

No. OnRequest Images shoots custom photography for enterprise companies. We understand the value and impact that brand photography can have on your company. We have the depth of experience, logistical savvy and enterprise production technology that simplifies the creation of photography libraries all over the world.

Is OnRequest Images an agency?

We are a global photography services company specializing in executing complex photo shoots for multi-divisional companies with extensive global requirements and complex logistical challenges. We are not a branding agency, however, we are a service provider for custom brand photography. We provide this service directly to our clients or through an advertising, communication or brand agency in which we act as a service provider.

Can you work with existing agency partners?

Yes. We are a service provider for a company’s agency, communications firm or in-house brand division. We service agencies in support of the photography direction integral to the brand, campaign or custom library.  We provide custom brand photography that is consistent with agency direction and guidance.

Do you only work on large global projects?

No, we work on projects that our clients find too time-consuming, outside their comfort zone or due to downsizing. We make it possible for enterprises and agencies to confidently execute any size photography project worthy of their brand through a comprehensive process that lets our clients maintain control without having to drive the logistics themselves. We bring to each project a global photographers network and end-to-end support services to ensure our customers receive high quality photography, on-time and on-budget, any time, any size.

My company is becoming more global and I want my images to reflect a broader cultural diversity. Can you help?

We give you access to local, regional, worldwide resources, and manage the complex logistical details of working with unique cultures and customs—right at your fingertips.

My company has new brand standards. How can they be incorporated into my photo shoot?

The OnRequest Brand Photography StyleGuideTM is produced in partnership with client brand and marketing leaders. The StyleGuide visually illustrates on-brand and off-brand photography examples with clear, concise directives to capture the unique attributes and personality of your brand.

My company just had a staff reduction in our creative department. Can you help me move forward with our photo shoots?

Our photo production services team handles end-to-end solution manages all phases of shooting and production from planning shot lists to model casting and location scouting, from photographer selection through critical production and post-production processing like image editing, retouching and licensing. We deliver it all, on-brand, on-time and on-budget.

Why would I use OnRequest Images if my agency handles all my photography?

Our specialty is photography. We work in the world's most obscure locations with the world's most complicated permitting as well as in-studio. We know our business. We thrive on collaborating with your team of creatives, allowing  your marketing and brand professionals to focus on the quality of the creative product instead of the complexities of the production process.

The thumbnails in OnProâ„¢ are too small to evaluate the shot. Can I see them larger?

Yes, clicking on the image will display the larger (640px) version of the image. To see the full size image, you must use the Preview Images tool. First select the image or a group of images, then the Preview Images button. In the Preview Images screen, you can increase the image size by sliding the size slider to the right. Note: Depending on internet access and computer speed, viewing the full size image can affect performance.

How are model and property releases handled?

Through our collaboration database, we have access to thousands of unique locations and ensure all location permits and licenses are appropriately completed, filed, and tracked to ensure a smooth shoot and reduce corporate liability. Furthermore, these critical documents are archived for later recall should an issue arise with a location, model or photographer.
